A Free account is enough to create branded QR links and submit plant products. Free-account products remain private until an administrator approves the seller. Paid accounts can publish products immediately.
An API call is simply one request the page makes to WhatsMy.Zone behind the scenes. When a customer uses your branded Plantlight page, checking a location and calculating the plant's light and placement advice can use several calls. Customers do not need to manage these calls; your monthly allowance controls how many calculations the branded page can provide.
Typing a plant name to see suggestions does not use your allowance. Repeated checks may sometimes reuse a saved result and use fewer calls. The allowance resets each month, and after signing in you can see how many calls have been used and how many remain.
